Print the forms below for use in the t-shirt fundraiser (click to download PDF).
All orders must be turned in by June 26th!
Pick-up will be at our July meeting.
This fundraiser starts April 9 and ends on May 3
Make all checks out to Elkhart County Swine Club with fundraiser in the memo line
We will collect the fundraiser forms at the first tagging May 4th
We will distribute the popcorn at the second tagging on May 18th
